How we use your information

When you book a You Pick session or send a message, we collect your name, email, mobile number, how many people are attending, and any note you include.

Why we collect it

To reserve your place, keep the session within its people limit, tell you if weather or flower volume changes the event, and reply to enquiries. That is the only reason we need those details.

What we do not do

Booking does not sign you up to marketing. If a mailing list is ever added, that consent will be separate.

Who sees it

Tony and Karen, and the technical systems that send booking emails and store reservations. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to run the season’s events and answer questions about a booking. Ask us if you want a booking record updated or removed.

Your choices

You can email hello@funkyfoliage.co.nz to see, correct or ask us to delete the information we hold about a booking or message.
